Janie Hett

Physical Therapist, Owner

Hi there! I’m Janie, the soul behind Peak Motion PT.  I founded Peak in 2010 after a rocky start to my profession with a few negative work experiences. My goal was to create an environment that allowed me to do what I love in a positive, healing space. And I believe you will find that inside our doors. In 2013, I found myself overwhelmed with stress and physically debilitated with a new diagnosis of an autoimmune disease.  Much of my spare time the past few years has been spent studying nutrition, stress management, and wellness to help me on my personal journey to health. In 2018, I completed my foundations course in Functional Medicine through the Institute of Functional Medicine and I am now able to better help my patients on their journey with traditional physical therapy, and resources and education for stress management and nutrition, because I’m passionate about whole body wellness. I grew up on a ranch near Buffalo, SD and I love being a part of helping my ranching family when I can.  My husband, Dave, and I live in Beulah, WY with our little boy, Nathan and you can find us with our animals enjoying the great outdoors in our spare time.

Katherine Wilkins

Physical Therapist - Sundance

My name is Katherine, I grew up in Cheyenne, WY and attended Laramie County Community College before completing my B.S. in Kinesiology at the University of Wyoming. I obtained my Doctorate of Physical Therapy at the University of Montana in Missoula, MT in May 2019, including additional education in women’s health, joint manipulation, running and lower extremity injuries, vestibular rehab, and neurorehab. I completed a sports medicine internship in Atlanta and an inpatient orthopedic and neurorehab internship in Tri Cities, Washington. I also received additional training in treating TMJ disorders in Corvallis, Montana at the same clinic where Peak Motion’s owner, Janie Hett, worked during her early career. I am very grateful for these diverse experiences but excited to be back in my home state!

I enjoy working with patients of all ages with a variety of orthopedic and neurologic conditions and have a special interest in treating neck pain and headaches. In my free time, I enjoy hiking, running, playing piano, experimenting with gluten-free baking, and spending time with family and friends.

Paige Borgialli

Physical Therapist Assistant - Sundance

My name is Paige. I am from Newcastle, Wyoming. My husband Ty and I went to High School together and were married in June 2017.  We live on a ranch outside of Newcastle and have two aussies who were our first babies.  Our daughter, Cameryn, was born in October 2018.  I started in the therapy industry as a rehabilitation technician, where I saw PT patients get back to their prior levels of function and to what they love doing.  I attended Black Hills State University in Spearfish, SD, where I graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science in 2016.  From there, I decided to pursue certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant at Laramie County Community College in Cheyenne, WY.  My favorite part of the job is seeing my patients get excited with their progress and see them excel in their physical therapy journey.  When I have down time, I enjoy spending time with my family, hiking, traveling, camping, and shopping.

Kortney Rolling

Office Manager and Physical Therapist Assistant - Spearfish

My name is Kortney, spending much of my early career providing therapy in nursing homes in the Rapid City area, I am excited about the transition to outpatient physical therapy here in Spearfish. I completed my associates in Physical Therapy Assistant at Western Iowa Technical Community college in Sioux City, Iowa. I am also a certified Lymphedema massage therapist.

When not working I enjoy spending time traveling or exploring the great outdoors with my husband and 2 dogs on-foot, by bike, kayak or motorcycle.

Sunny Gillespie

 Office Manager - Sundance

My name is Sunny, I grew up on a ranch in South Dakota and have lived various places in the past few years. Sundance has been home since 2015. When we are not visiting our kids and grandchildren in North Dakota or supporting our high school kids here in Sundance with their activities, my husband and I love to hunt and just be outdoors!

My work experience ranges from Cosmetology, Dental Office Manager, Cosmetology Instructor and Business Owner. One thing they all have in common, helping people feel better! I love helping people and being at Peak Motion as their office manager allows me to help people feel better so they can enjoy life!

Dave Cromes

Dave's bio is coming soon! Stay tuned to hear about him!

I grew up on a cattle ranch north of Buffalo, SD. I was active in sports throughout junior high and high school at Harding County High School. After graduation, I attended South Dakota School of Mines and Technology where I received my B.S. in Interdisciplinary Sciences.  I went on to Graduate School in Vermillion, SD at the University of South Dakota where I attained my Doctorate of Physical Therapy in May of 2017. I am so happy to be back and to provide healthcare in the community that raised me.  In my free time, I enjoy helping at the family ranch, volunteering in the community, and keeping an active lifestyle!

Jacy Brown
Monte

Executive Office Greeter

My name is Monte. My Mom (Janie) came to my house when I was only 6 weeks old and I made sure that she picked me from my littermates! She thought that I would be a great companion for her, but she never realized how many people would start conversations and become friends because of me. I guess that’s why I’m the greeter and HR director at Peak Motion. They say research shows that dogs can reduce stress, anxiety, and depression. I have a special intuitive gift to identify those in need of some affection and I respect those that might not love me. I love kids (and socks) and I’ve been really helpful to calm anxiety with my Mom’s clients, especially the younger ones. I love my life and I’m pretty sure I am one of the luckiest dogs I know. I’d love to meet you sometime if you are in the area. No appointment needed!

Our priority is quality patient centered care and not bottom line profits.
