Erin Fiedler, Physical Therapist

Doctor of Physical Therapy, PRC

Erin Fiedler is a doctor of physical therapy (DPT) and owner of Peak Motion Physical Therapy.  Following a series of personal and family injuries during her formative years, she decided to pursue a career in physical therapy.  Erin is passionate about making a difference in people’s movement patterns and lives!  She earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Nebraska Medical Center in 2016 and has been treating patients in Wyoming and South Dakota ever since.  Erin has a strong interest in Postural Restoration, which is a holistic treatment approach that helps to restore balance (symmetry) through proper movement and respiration (breathing) for decreased pain and improved function

When not in the clinic, you can find Erin spending time with her husband, two children, and vizsla, running, hiking, or baking something delicious!

Kim Cockrum, Physical Therapist, MPT

Hi! My name is Kim Cockrum. I have lived in and been practicing physical therapy in Spearfish since moving here in 2004. I absolutely love having the opportunity and privilege to serve the people in the community which I live. I am excited to be a part of the Peak Motion team that purposes to treat with a holistic approach. In addition to conventional physical therapy methods of evaluation and treatment, Postural Restoration (PRI) is an approach that I use to help restore balanced movement patterns for less pain and improved function. Outside of work I cherish spending time with family and friends and enjoy activities in the hills year round.

Kristin Buckman, Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)

Kristin Buckman grew up moving between Casper, WY and Menomonie, WI before settling in Sundance where she now lives with her husband, their first grade daughter Maya, and a sweet Cavachon pup named Otis. Kristin was drawn to OT because of the breadth and depth of the field, mixing science with creativity. She graduated with honors in 2016 from the Casper College OTA program; and has worked in pediatrics, geriatrics, and home health. She loves the challenge to help people find ways to maximize their independence, whatever their situation.

Kristin has many diverse interests (maybe too many!). She loves being outside doing “self-powered” activities ranging from skiing, rock climbing, canoeing, swimming, stand up paddle boarding, backpacking, biking, gardening, and more. She also loves getting artistic and enjoys painting, quilting, and drawing. Finally she loves to social dance and even teaches a class through the community outreach program. She has taught dance off and on since 2013 and goes to national competitions/conventions when time allows.

She is so happy to be working with Peak to bring OT to our community!

Darcie Shoup, Office Manager (Spearfish)

I was born and raised in Spearfish, SD. I love camping, fishing, hunting, hiking and having Sunday funday with family–whether that's getting together for a meal, or adventures around the Black Hills.

I spent 15 years in the beauty industry, working at a couple salons in Spearfish.  Since then, I have been in the role of healthcare/receptionist for the last 10 years.

I have an amazing husband, 2 wonderful sons, and most recently have been blessed with a daughter-in-law, which is a nice change from all the boys!

I am truly blessed to have a loving family to spend time with and a beautiful area to live in.  Life is good!
